Culdcept online test - chronomaster - 03-08-2009 Alright, I have a few things down the pipe, but I'd like to test playing Culdcept (the PS2 one) over the internet at some time. Is anybody at all interested in playing a game or two? You'll need to be able to get your save over to your PC (or you need to find one yourself) and you'll need to put up with whatever controller proxy program I find/you suggest. I'm going to start working on this about a week from now, so we're probably going to test near the end of March. How about it? Re: Culdcept online test - Wedge - 03-08-2009 Wat? Also is there something wrong with the 360 one? Re: Culdcept online test - Surf314 - 03-08-2009 (03-08-2009, 08:40 AM)Wedge link Wrote: Wat? This.
Considering you can run sealed deck matches in Saga, I can't imagine how that's even relevant. No CCG is balanced with a fully loaded deck. It comes down to the card pools from there, and aside from Old Willow and Kelpie, I'm thinking Culdcept has it pretty straight.
You mean considering Culdcept has a huge luck basis beyond card draws it's balanced. Which is true. But just stfu and get Saga, you know DAMN well nobody is going to rig an obscure emulated PS2 game to play online with you. Re: Culdcept online test - chronomaster - 03-09-2009 That's why I'M going to be the one who rigs it and broadcasts the video over ustream. I'm doing this shit right so all people have to do is connect to me with whatever controller client software I find. BTW Live sux imo and I don't have a 360 nor does anyone around me have Saga. Used to, but their shit got stolen so we're working from square 1. Plus, the only luck I see is card draws and dice rolls. People can see their opponent's hand, and dice rolls can be managed if you put in space for it. Re: Culdcept online test - Wedge - 03-10-2009 Wait, your plan is to try and live stream video of a PS2 game running on an emulator while people remote connect to your PC to control the game on the emulator as well? Also why did you post a 360 gamertag if you don't have a 360? And? Culdcept isn't a twitch game, you know. Quote:Also why did you post a 360 gamertag if you don't have a 360?Because it's my Live ID in general and in the express case that I do receive a 360 down the line I have a populated list. I think about these things ahead of time, you know. Re: Culdcept online test - chronomaster - 03-24-2009 Hey if you do want to play someone good, track down K3talis and tell him he's a Kelpie cock-sucking douchebag <3. Don't forget the heart or he won't know if you're kidding or not. |
