Pepsi Throwback - CaffeinePowered - 05-07-2009

I am drinking one right now for lunch and its fucking awesome, its Pepsi minus the corn syrup with real sugar instead.

There's also a mountain dew version, Oh please let this be a new trend across all sodas

Re: Pepsi Throwback - A. Crow - 05-07-2009

Gotta get me some of that.

Coke will make runs with sugar instead of corn syrup for passover.  It's pretty hard to get your hands on, but definitely worth it.

Re: Pepsi Throwback - fyre - 05-07-2009

Coke > Pepsi. Still though, this is pretty cool. I wish my stores sold this stuff, I'd give it a try.

I've heard of passover Coke, but I've yet to see any IRL. >Sad

You have to go to a jewish grocer, they will sell Kosher Coke and Pepsi that has cane sugar instead of corn syrup

Re: Pepsi Throwback - SBCrystal - 05-07-2009

Bet you can't get it in Canada. Sad

Re: Pepsi Throwback - Honest - 05-07-2009

Cane sugar sodas are fucking win. Case in point:

[/quote]Not even that. I can get it at Kroger or Giant Eagle. Just look for the yellow caps around Passover.

That and Cherry Coke...delicious...

Re: Pepsi Throwback - HeK - 05-07-2009

We generally have much fewer options with our junk food products.
For example we do not have Mellow Yellow, but our Mountain Dew is uncaffeinated.

We also cannot get diet soft drinks made with Splenda either.

On the plus side, nearly all our Coke is cane sugar during passover. You can buy it at regular stores.

Re: Pepsi Throwback - shoopfox - 05-07-2009

Actually, I heard corn syrup has been getting more expensive lately because of all the gay ethanol shit. Hopefully it gets to the point to where it's cheaper to use actual sugar again so all my soda tastes yummy again

Re: Pepsi Throwback - KarthXLR - 05-07-2009

OH HEY

My mom just brought home a can of this Mountain Dew Throwback.

Re: Pepsi Throwback - Vongore - 05-07-2009

by reading the title i though you puked pepsi :3

Re: Pepsi Throwback - Sgoast - 05-07-2009

call me when they put out caffeine free pepsi throwback. besides the ridiculous calorie count, that's why i stopped drinking soda.

Re: Pepsi Throwback - ZargonX - 05-07-2009

Yeah, it'd be great if Coke would offer a real-sugar version year-round, as I really do like it more than Pepsi.  Next, they need to move on to Root Beer...
