it was called something like panic city Z
it was some interent indie game, you could have party members, customise your appeareance it was sandbox, top down and really fun
anyone know what im thinking of?
i remeber it being badass.

It's probably possible to fix it, but SCZ was made in Visual Basic forever and a year ago, so who knows.
