I'm hijacking this thread for my own need. I've asked Caff and Kirby already, but I'm looking for a decent laptop for the my 2nd year at uni. Now, Gaming isn't necessary, as I'm bringing my desktop with me. This laptop will basically serve as a note-taking machine, something that I can bring around with me, can surf the internet, watch some movies, and code java on. My budget is <700 CAN with shipping and taxes in.
After a bit of searching, I've found this computer: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...0526200705 It seems to meet all my needs, is under the 700, and as good reviews. My questions are, Is this a good choice? Any bad experiences with Asus Computers? |
