All the sudden my audio glitches when I put my system under certain types of load. Most of the time it's when I'm listening to music in Foobar and opening new tabs in Chrome. But sometimes it happens when I alt tab programs. Any idea what is causing this? Is my onboard audio card going bad?

Streaming from my NAS, but this is a new thing. Also it's not only when listening to music. Although rarer I've also had it happen when playing TF2 and LoL. During games there is some slow down accompanying it. Actually it just happened right now and I noticed some lag in typing.
