Fixing Render Distances

Well the worst two places I've found this to happen are in Tech plants and the crown on indar.

Digging through the official forums I've found that this is mostly a server side problem related to the number of players in proximity, and it affects mostly infantry.



The server in attempting to update where everyone is will basically cull what it is telling players to cut down on network packets and processing. You can't render what the server wont tell you is there no matter what the render distance is set to. I've heard there are ways of teasing more data out of the server but Im not sure how, there are talks of XML files edits in the game directory, but I've also heard rumors that doing so could get your banned...
