Back on topic: I've got a messenger bag / laptop bag thats eddie bauer branded (BOO) that I picked up at  Target for $20. I love it, but my 15.4" widescreen laptop is a bit of a squeeze in it. Its great for everything else though.

[/quote]My main point in that was that it isn't of much use as a laptop bag for me, even though it's got a padded laptop pocket. I can only take my laptop with me if I bring _nothing_ else. Suck.

Although when I'm not carrying my laptop, that pocket does do a good job of keeping my lunchables cold. Mmmmm, cheese & ham & crackers.
