I'm lazy. Any way to make a key combination in windows that will automatically change my screen to a specific resolution?

There is this guide. There might be options for this in the nvidia control panel or the ati catalyst control center, depending on your card.

I know nVidia lets you set hotkeys to do pretty much anything you want (used to have keys for switching windows between dual monitors)... haven't really touched the ATI stuff yet.
