Ever cut yourself by accident? Blood doesn't just fly out of every wound, it generally seeps (this still applies to larger wounds, they just seep faster) unless you strike a major artery, and even then the clothing would catch the initial spurt. By this time I'm going to assume a person would have jumped/stood/rolled out of an exploded chair. Considering how large the hole is, there would even have been some assistance.

Depending on the velocity of the impact of course... I would say that if something got jammed that deep into his arse it would have had quite some force, this of course leaves blood spatter.

if it was goign fast enough to kill him there would be  some blood flying out, and anyway, hes not evactly gonna run around is he? he just lost his anus, hes gonna be on the floor pretty fast, spurting blood everywhere out his bum, the chair wouldnt be spotless
