So I can't say I'm an expert on this, but from what I've seen (mostly with all access hockey) there really aren't many AWESOME local sports channels... I've only lived in MA and NJ, so I had NESN and YES, which seem to really take the cake for great commentators, shows and especially commercials.
eg. Tommy Heinsohn goes berserk!! thought I'd show the lulz in the commercials, but maybe start a convo about favorite sports announcer/ funny local people. Ah I love Boston... trust me... I'm a 2L

haha no, nothing really like that... just a bunch of extremely biased guys with hilarious quirks that you come to know and love (though Jack edwards has some insane expressions)
