Front side bus should be 266MHz for a C2D processor, hit del as your comp is booting, and you'll be taken to your BIOS. From there, depending on the mobo, you should be able to find a section that contains your CPU multiplier, FSB controls, etc. Set to 266MHz and see whut happens.

I can't seem to find it. When I hit delete, it gives me the option to choose an OS to start up, or to perform some sort of memory test.

Define differently?

By default it should be either Delete or one of the F-Keys

Do you have a custom build or some stock, IIRC some older stock and even current stock models try to make it difficult to access the bios for normal users

My Motherboard is just as store-bought as my processor is. The only things in my PC that are custom are my GPU, PSU, and RAM.

[/quote]It's typically either Del or F1 right when the computer starts up. While its POSTing (Power-On Self Test, the shit that shows up right after you power it on like scanning memory and checking your drives), it should display what key you need to press to enter setup.

It's F10 on this computer, and I can't access my BIOS anyway. This Board came with the computer, not custom, stock.
