Actually the RB2 pedal is just the RB1 pedal with a metal plate on it. There's a much bigger difference between the pads on the two sets. The RB1 pads a lot louder and generally less reliable on recognizing notes, but it shouldn't be noticeable unless you're a super-serious Expert-only person like me.

Yeah again, it's not the RB2 bundle.  It's the RB1 bundle with the shitty launch instruments (I'm assuming a lot of refurbs from all the ones that broke), plus the RB2 game on top of that.

The first rockband instruments are not that bad, but the 2nd ones are obviously a little better.  To someone who's buying it though for the first time, it won't matter at all to most people.
