Its always been on both, I think #2 was set to kick and #1 is set to mute

Be glad cause it could be set to ban, take note at who the author is

Temporary Mic-Spam mutings

It's basically just a tweaked version of floor master's version that'll mute until they stop using the micspam.

I don't know much about plugins, but this seems like a solution moreover. (Although I still think that micspam should be off on FNF. :V)

If it works, I think that might be good.  I'd also like FNF spam so long as we don't go too batshit with it IE everyone at once, or constant spam.
