Über Arena:
It is like normal Arena but it is more fun because rounds last about 30 minutes and you don't respawn. Also, once your team loses, your login information gets sent to the opposing team. Oh, and the only way to reclaim your account is to defeat the enemy in a battle of wits in online checkers. Oh and Pyros would do more damage because they are so underpowered. I think this would make Arena even more fun than it already is.

Syringe Minigun. It's a weapon that the Medic gets that fires a hail of syringes at a target, which heal anyone they hit, friend or foe, but can't deal damage or uber.

That, or a cut throat razor that gives the Spy a 10% chance of getting an insta-kill if he stabs (slashes?  ???) someone in the face.
