IRC server relay

So I've set up an IRC relay in our IRC channel (#brbuninstalling on Gamesurge, if you're not there already you fail)

I still need to add users but for the rest it works pretty sweet...

Give me two more channels of my interest over there and I'll consider joining it. Four and I won't make it another SystemNet situation (where I do nothing but idle, not even change my nick when I'm away).

Speaking of IRC, I'm having difficulties connecting to any server on IRC, anyone know why I can't connect? I know it can be a number of reasons, but there might be something obvious.

Does it give an error? If so which? Firewalls? Give me more info and it'll be fixed in no time.
