So, earlier this week I unpacked my shot glass collection.
I am required to give some backstory here, or else- you, the uninformed reader, will fail to comprehend the gravity of the situation. When I was young, as my family traveled, I discovered these awesome small glasses with place names on them. And I did what needed to be done (READ AS: CHORES) to secure sufficient funds to be able to purchase a shot glass from what ever new place I had been. Anyways, this was packed up in 1998, when I was 13, I'm 28, and I finally emptied the box: ![[Image: IMAG0635_zps079d52c0.jpg]](http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm57/wave151/IMAG0635_zps079d52c0.jpg) That's just the stuff that's been in a box for the last decade and a half. During this cathartic experience of unpacking my childhood I discovered this beast: ![[Image: IMAG0634_zpsf270338e.jpg]](http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm57/wave151/IMAG0634_zpsf270338e.jpg) After some investigation I discovered this is from a ski slope near Lake Tahoe; the last time I was in that neck of the woods, I was 5. Young Me new exactly how to prepare for Now Me.
