But yes, they have changed the case, there is a MOLLE e-tool pouch now, but you can still find the old style.

it's a brain side dominance thing.  It actually appears to be rotating both ways.  I saw this about a year ago, it took some work but I got to the point where I could cover up one eye, look away and look back to change direction.

An easy way to get it to switch directions is if you stare at her nipples when they revolve around. Works like a charm for me.
