Seems the console version doesn't have the bunny hop/prone/shoot tactic which seems to be the norm. 

Have you ever tried to bunnyhop with a gamepad? Its impossible

Impossible?  Until they let us modify the buttons exactly they way we want too and not pick from one of 5 presetup configurations, we'll truly never know :p

bc2:
1st person gameplay feels clunky overall (compared to, say, source engine games/call of duty)
game population: 60% recon, 15% tuber assault (with infinite grenades), 15% hot carl engineer, 10% m60 medic

mw2:
retarded perks/weapons/stuff (UMP45, pre-nerf akimbo 1887s, akimbo G18s, danger close, commando, death streaks)
iwnet whenever you got a shitty host
hackers late in the game's life

blops:
bad pc optimization at launch for some people compared to mw2
ak74u with rapid fire attachment

Actually I've gone back to playing BC2 recently, and pretty much all of the "game population" stuff is fixed.

did they add drop to every gun in bc2? i cant hit shit anymore

bc2 has a ton of issues, mainly snipers and open maps. i challenge you to have fun on that open field map. shotguns are somehow worse than in blops, and all the guns take a shitload (like 10 bodyshots or 3 headshots) of bullets to kill. its not bad, but its entirely different from quake-esque blops

If you add on the range slugs to the Shotgun for BC2, you're essentially a sniper and makes the shotgun damn awesome basically anywhere, unlike in Black Ops where you can't use it past ten feet, maybe 12 feet with the Olympia.

And BC2 is still better than MW2 by a significant amount.  MW2 is just...It just ruined the CoD series in most every way without improving much.  IWNet ruined PC gaming, noob tubers are just as bad, killstreaks are endless and annoying as hell, also IWNet again is just horrible lol

I actually went back and played through all of the CoD's this past week (Other than WaW) to compare them and see how the series has progressed.  CoD4 was simpler and more straightforward and you really just jump into the action quicker, mostly just having to watch out for the occasional chopper and airstrike which are pretty easy to get away from. Plus servers, mods, and custom mpas. 

MW2...yeah what I said above.

Black Ops does try to fix alot of the problems of MW2, though really the maps just kinda blow.  It's my only really major complaint.  None of the maps really feel like something I'd think back on and go, "Yeah this was fun like Crossfire, or was some good sniper fun like the church/train track map in WaW or the fielded tunnel map in MW2.  They work, but just don't impress me at all other than maybe the silly gimmick of the launching rocket.  Actually looking at the upcoming maps, there are two there that I would like to have in the main game to replace two there.  Certainly not gonna pay freaking 15 bucks for two maps.

zaneyard, maybe if g irl was much higher than 9.8m/s^2, which is pretty dumb. diglett, i think there always was drop on all of the guns, drop is just greatly exaggerated on sniper rifles compared to other guns (which is dumb/the opposite of what it should be [assuming all of the bc2 sniper rifles have higher muzzle velocity than the other guns]). or did they increase gravity even more?

maps in blops are decent. i don't like cracked/jungle/nuketown. wasteland in mw2 was not that good, idk what you're talking about at all. i haven't looked at the upcoming maps.

according to steam i've played bc2 for 93.3 hours since release. i'm pretty sure i've spent more time playing black ops in the month after its release than all of my bc2 time combined. it's just a lot more fun.

black ops is fun because it's easy

i lay back in my shitty couch with a hole in the middle of it and go shoot down spyplanes with my buddy while running around with the ak74u, the easiest gun in the game

i play bc2 with my friends on pc because i can absolutely rape pubs
