Tomi nerf was to be expected at this point. I crafted the Winger last night, and after a little usage have come to the conclusion that it's pretty much useless outside of being a short-ranged backup to the Popper (probably the point, I know) due to the fact that you can switch weapons during the Popper's crit-boost. You rarely hit anything outside of short-medium range, while the stock pistol was a handy longer-range option capable of hitting at least something while unloading a full clip. The Winger's not bad per se, but some extra long range accuracy would be nice considering you only have 5 at a time to use.

[/quote] My ideal Scout pistol would involve about 50% more accuracy and a little more power (Winger's power is fine actually) with a slightly lower magazine size (say about 8 rounds) and around 25%-35% slower fire rate to compensate. Give the Scout a bit more long-range ability, especially against sentries and Snipers. The Popper/Winger combo is a great close combat loadout though.
