This was pasta, italian sausage, both spicy and mild, hamburger, tomato sauce and alfredo sauce, topped with flaked and grated parmesan and baked until a golden brown. |

My dad makes something similar and he calls it goulash like Rummy said. The only main difference is he cooks his in a pot instead of baking it. He also makes chili mac which is considered something different entirely.
