I also work as a cashier. It's shit. They time you on how fast you scan grocerys and the time between you press the total button and the time the customer pays. If either of those two times are over or under the amount their supposed to be, they scream at you. My job is shit.

It's a area of the building that is tempest shielded.
Basically the walls are lined with an electrified mesh, the doors are all air-lock style with copper seals, the AC is run through more copper mesh, and all the power is triple isolated. Any comms entering or leaving are fibre, inside armored conduit and in a vacuum to detect breaks.

Waiting/expo was kind of similar. If an order was placed, the wait staff was obligated to get the order out within two minutes of it being filled and hitting the line, regardless of whether or not the cooks had completely filled the order or not or the head chef would yell at you. However, if you took out an order before all the entrees were ready to go, you got royally fucked by the floor manager. Service and retail go hand-in-hand.

I build robots right now. Built a robot teddy bear, writing my thesis on the design of a dancing robot bookshelf, and next I'll be designing more dancing robots that look like daleks (think synchronized swimming, but in 2 dimensions). No idea what I'll do after I graduate.  :-X

Dancing Daleks? It is like the finale all over again.

I don't do shit for money. Hence why I'm poor. Luckily, I'll probably have something next month. YAY MONEY.

Only the airlock is a 5x5" room with no windows or cameras.... your efforts would be wasted.
Plus it's not a real airlock anyways, it just keeps radio waves from getting out.
