Unless valve decides to remove all items and force you to collect drops again.  This is a dumb solution though.  I could just idle in my own damn server.  This just saves the CPU/Electircity.

This was posted on the Steam forums by someone who claims to have modified his items.ctx file to change an existing item he had to have the same identifier as the "CheatDetector" item(s). He claims he did it, got the message below and the item auto-deleted itself:



It's for actual cheaters. How can Valve stop idling? We can all just go sit in our own fucking servers. Oh, and this also means until this is actually implemented, all items already obtained are safe, since they have to be obtained with the CheatDetector value already on them.
