I've always had problems with ear wax build up and despite impacting my hearing I hadn't gotten them flushed for years. Soooo much earwax came out and my eardrum is actually visible now. The world's volume just got tripled; closing a car door was like a gunshot. I can hear my wallet lightly rustling in my pockets. The biggest shock was my own voice.

Smoke weed and listen to your favorite music at a high bitrate (FLAC obviously). And you can thank me later. [/quote] I'm sure they sound good. I've had a pair of ATH-M40s for years now. It's a misnomer to call them studio headphones when almost no studio gear actually uses a 3.5mm jack. One exception is Doepfer, but that's a form factor issue.

However, yes, deceptive advertisement strats like that are dumb.
