I seriously can't get over this girl and it's tearing me apart mentally and destroying my motivation to do anything.

Sometimes you fall in love with the idea of a person rather than the actual person, and the idea of a person is usually the hardest to get over. If you have to get over her it means it didn't work out with her which means she wasn't the one for you. There has to be a reason for that. Once you realize that you should be on your way to being over her.

The worst part is if she stayed, we'd more than likely be super good friends considering all her best friends love me. Not to mention the ungodly amount of things we have in common. Guess I just had the misfortune of meeting her during a phase in my life where I wasn't as socially comfortable as I am now.

This can be symptomatic of insecurity. You don't want to be the guy that a girl is dating just because she needs security, you want to be the guy she is dating because she likes you specifically (unless you just want to bone). Otherwise the doubts of whether she's into you or just into getting what she needs out of the relationship will drive you mental.

MTV dropped the ball big time by destroying 1 camera, totaling a crew van, and pissing off any Jackass member they wanted to come to El Paso for some new show they wanted to create.

So... my day.  

I was an hour late for an interview.  Why?  because at some point I lost my attention to detail.  The interview still happened, and truthfully went pretty OK, but still.

The VA doc said and I quote, "I don't have an answer for you."  And refused to give me a diagnosis.  Which is a problem, because I need that diagnosis for benefits.  So, it's going to be a fight, OR, I can just continue to wear the fuck out of my right shoulder until I blatantly need surgery.  

I figured I need something therapeutic, so I put the siding on a habitat for humanity house in the afternoon.  Accomplishing that helped a lot... however people were noticing I was habitually driving the nails in way too far, and having to pry them back out.  My state of mind was conducive to excessive force.

Kinda saying fuck with the contract. Already got my check and the way MTV is handling this "job" is ridiculous. They tried to cut my pay due to the damaged camera and then when I got my full pay out of it they stopped taking my calls entirely. It sounds like I won't be working with them too much, but after El Paso I'm kinda glad about that.
