I feel like you guys need a mediator.

Ok, this is it. I don't have the power to lock this thread, but when an admin comes along please lock it.  This thread was about Vennora. When the new vennora thread is created, if you are not participating in construction or making a constructive comment about what is being worked on in vennora, you will earn your self a 24-hour ban from minecraft.
The same rule applies to the thread about OTAC construction and adventures, if you aren't participating or contributing, 24 hour ban from the minecraft server.

Rule 1: Don't be a dick

Bitching about other players is something to be done elsewhere, either talk with that player directly about what you disagree with or you can contact me or one of the other admins and we will work something out.

Mediators are people that try and solve problems in a way both sides are happy with. I have a friend that is big into it and went to a seminar with him. It's pretty interesting. Also locking.
