Hum... so the game is going to be a folder with an .exe? because if it's a rom some thing should be able to emulate it D:

it should act like any translation patch where you just apply it/put it into the same folder as the NOT rom, dunno why they would do it any different.

Exactly. It will work just like the partial translation patch I used to play it. DON'T download a NOT ROM (That's a terrible thing to do) and then a patching utility that they have on the translation site. Open the translation patch with the patching utility and patch the NOT ROM, and then DON'T play and enjoy it using the Visual Boy Advance Emulator. Simple as that.
