Neither of which is good. They already made sure to dominate the PC game distribution platform with Steam, we do not need them having that sort of leverage over the PC market while dabbling in a console, which is a direct competitor to Steam (The PC market) THE MYANS WERE FUCKING RIGHT. [/quote] You know, there's always the chance that the box might just, I don't know, run off steam? It's entirely possible that it's just a valve-constructed or valve-branded PC. It might even be entirely optional to change video cards for it. |

So, Brian Fargo just started a Kickstarter for a sequel to Wasteland which was essentially the predecessor to the Fallout series. Donate if you'd like to see a new RPG in the same vein.

Stuff like FoV sliders and disabling mouse smoothing is enough to make me feel they actually care about us. That and the menus you can actually click and scroll on, that's also good. Off topic, why was my avatar here suddenly changed Linkon Park? Now it's not even letting me upload the one I made. I don't like not having a face. Your avatar is fine, it's you.
Also something I noticed in that page that brings me to a script I made; key remapping. If anyone plays one of the ported games wherein controls are not remappable, it's fairly easy to write a script with auto-it that can intercept key presses and redirect them, so you can forcefully remap your keys instead of the bindings they're assigned to, if this interests anyone I'll gladly help you figure it oot. |

Steam just randomly spewed 3 50% off coupons for Heroes of Might and Magic VI into my inventory. I already own it, and it's terrible. Would anyone else like to have it inflicted upon them?
