My and some of my friends spent all of saturday playing ultimate frisbee. Then we went to someone's house and scared ourselves with scary stories so bad we had to spend the night.
We ended up saying up the whole night doing a whole bunch of crazy stuff that I don't even remember, and I also got out of going to church. Such an awesome weekend. (09-14-2010, 10:54 PM)Kor link Wrote:I'm pretty sure my mental image of Tort is 100% accurate now. |

So at 1:55 AM I got hit by a fake antivirus program. It was not allowing my real antiviruses to start. I could end it but it kept restarting. So I quickly booted up Avast and it was all "Yarr, let me take care o'this matey." So it ran the bootscan, and deleted a file called desot.exe from sys32. That happened to be the function that kept calling up the fake program. So when the scan finished, I opened Windows to look at the log and saw the fake antivirus's program file. I attempted to delete it but it wouldn't go away, says it was being used by something else. So I go in to look at the files, and lo and behold I can delete them all, just not the main folder. So I open up process explorer (HeK I love you for pimping this) and find a svchast.exe. I look at the properties and see the command line or something was pointing to the undeletable folder. I ended it, and I could remove the folder. I successfully beat a piece of malware. Yay me.
Also I made the tryout chorus. |

[/quote] You should, he is the project manager for the communication systems for exxon. They fly him all over the world to help design and build the communication systems in their new offices, panic rooms, oil rigs, etc. He told me they may send him to Papua New Guinea next and he wants to see if he can check out that volcano. |

So there's 4 of us at this residence flat at Ottawa U
We have some MSN group, and i realized when i tried to talk to all of the other 3 who were online, one of them didnt get added in because he was on Xbox Live. So since his door was closed, my other two roomates and I plotted. We took the couch out of our living room and boarded up his room. I text him about 10 minutes later with "Steph (girl in his class) needs help with her physics homework, She's here to ask you a question" So he texts me back "ok, im in my room" a few moments later, GOLD, ladies and gents, GOLD "What the shit?" and he shuts his door. we all burst our laughing like hyenas. but it gets better he comes back out, pushes the couch over. a minute or two later we put the couch back up, and lean a chair against it so it doesnt move. lolshitty phone quality also it's sideways. now to leave it there until morning. |
