Yea that's why I am not upset, he's the Most Valuable Employee. I've been keeping an eye on him and he usually keeps his wellness very high and works every day. I sent him a friend request.

UPDATE: NFO is rocking 7 employees now. Managed to nab a lot of high skill employees from our high wage offerings. Really need 3 more for max productivity. Also I now work for NFO. All land workers should switch to NFO as soon as possible since at our Q we can pay some great wages and several of our new employees have awful wellness and are costing us money because of it. So they should be replaced by you.

Everyone should be working at 100 wellness if at all possible, it has a huge impact on your productivity. So work first thing each day. I may have to drop Nitrous and C.Duck's wages. No offense you guys are just a bit past break even, should be 11 and 10 respectively to do break even at 100 wellness and we have a bit of a cash flow problem at the moment. I can't drop you for 3 days though and at that point I may not have to drop you as much.

Work at 100, train down to 98.
Fight to 58 wellness.
Next day:
Get +2 from food.
Fight down to 50.
Hospital, wellness at 100
Work
etc

So I'm always working at 100.

Also, I've donated a total of 19.79 gold.
3 to start the org, 4.5 for I forget, 7.26 for BRBAir, and 5 for NFO.

I honestly wasn't trying to pick on you, I was just wondering why your wellness was so low. erepublik.ws must have grabbed the data at a bad time. Also you can go to the hospital after any amount of fighting. Also I know you have contributed a good chunk of what BRBU has. Thanks <3

And I was just letting you know about the gold because it says 12 on the chart, but I didn't want to change it in case you were only counting donations specifically for the companies. Also you're welcome. <3

Any gold you donate should go on there, feel free to correct it if it is wrong. I'll change it for now. A lot of the initial gold went to buy a lot of items that probably were unnecessary unfortunately.
