Hey does anyone remember the video passed around about the "stoned" prof that kept saying dude and stuff?

That was my school, my business program.  I dunno where to find it.

But yea the guy divorced his wife because he caught her cheating, and they gave him time off and he came back with a substance abuse problem.  They suspended him and then fired him for the embarrassment after that vid was picked up by the internet.  He almost had tenure too.  He was always a little strange though, many of the profs in my business school are.

Dunno why Caff reminded me of that though.

Thats one of the reasons I wouldn't use a laptop in a class anyways.  My fast typing doesn't equal delicate typing and it would make too much noise.  That and lappy keyboards suck.  My shorthand writing is the way to go?

I dont watch movies, its more like, read digg, check forums, take a few notes, repeat. I have a few professors that go off on really useless tangents at points so my attention can wax and wane depending on whether they are on topic or off.

I've got an RSS feed scrolling across the bottom of Firefox with digg, reddit, and Dtoid.  Talk about a productiveness killer.
