Heh, that's right, this week, I'm the boss. And not just around here, I'm the boss to surpass Big Boss himself!



In seriousness though, I'm rather excited for Friday, and hope you'll be as well. First off we'll be trying out three awesome looking new maps:

CTF Outset: A beautiful CTF map based around the first island in Wind Waker. We played it a beta version in Euro FNF way back when, but while very fun, it's optimization was frankly shit, so we had to move on. Now that the release is final, all such issues have been fixed, and were finally able to enjoy it in all it's cell shaded splendor.

and

CTF Seafort: Another pretty sea based map, this one a CTF in a Big Shell esque sea base.

and

Skyscraper: As recommend by Coppanuva. A fun, fast paced CP map that even plays Snake Eater (MGS3's themesong) Looks to be a great map for an RPS.

[edit]Alright plans have changed a bit, but it's still Metal Gear Solid night (just sans Jungle and + Seafort and Skyscraper) Same stuff still goes though; clever name parodies and sprays away!

The game plan is as follows:
Opinion War on Steamroll: Solid Snake (Blu) vs Young Ocelot (Red) (I think you all know where I weigh in on this issue )
CTF outset
CTF Seafort/b]
[b]Pickup/RPS/Smooth Criminal (I'll call a vote)
Shenanigans

What exactly the last one designates is up to you! Pyro Hadouken battle? Pl Awesome? Some zany MGS themed gametype you have in mind? Whatever it is, post your ideas now, or just suggest it in game, as I'll play it by ear as well. Hope you all enjoy, and see you then!

didnt we do jungle... and it was absolutely horrid?  neat concept and the tall grass was annoying, but good in a "what's my strategery here" way.. but the paths were way too narrow.  it was really just 4 long ass hallways.  Just sayin

Regardless I'll try to make it out.

and if that wasn't jungle then disregard the top part.
