Sooo yeah, I tried to make a spray using vtf, put it in the proper file, went in-game and did the import thing from the options menu, but when I join a server and try to spray it, all I hear is the spray noise, and nothing happens...I see Spray sprayed by: Hobospartan, but the spray itself isn't working. Help please?

Did you turn off sprays

I personally just make all my sprays in Photoshop and use the targa file format.
I've found certain attributes, such as colour dept cause the same invisible spray effect. |

Pro solution import them in hl2 DM then go to your folders and copy them from there to the tf2 directory. works every time.

I've also found it doesn't always work right away. Some of my sprays have taken a few maps to show up.
