If you look hard enough barely at all, you'll notice a plethora of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Valve doesn't do grammatical errors.

might not be a 10th class, but merely an engie substitute.  Engie summons dog while not in spawn and is then 1st person as the dog, but can be killed and if he dies the dog dies.  or maybe you build it, so you can swap back and forth between them.  I think it wouldn't be THAT far out of Valve's creative boundries tbh... we'll see

It says cannon propelled item-retriever

Its likely a replacement for the shotgun that you use to gank metal (dropped weapons or fixed spawn), and then the dog brings it back (assuming it isn't shot) so you can safely build your SG from behind cover.
