I feel the same way.  That video is so awesome, but unless they really come through on the AI director and adding more substance to the game, I can't see myself sticking to the game more than a month or two like the first one.  I think I'll wait for release and see what people have to say about it.

Yet again, I have to say that I don't trust Valve with this one. I mean, everyone knows the trailer looks awesome, but Valve has been pretty quiet about the gameplay.

I meant to say that they haven't been releasing NEARLY as many gameplay videos as they did for the first L4D. That's what's making me nervous.

from what i remember reading, the dynamic map mechanic is pretty sweet
anyways, my group of friends used to play L4D every night until we started having to do homework and that sort of thing, so L4D2 was a no-brainer
