I don't see how playing in a blu soldier vs red demo server is non-legit, considering that is exactly who this war is between...

It's not about who has the most individual kills; the end result is the same, more dead demos for the war effort.  The only way I could see it being non-legit is if the enemy wasn't trying or something.
