I REALLY hope that they're playable and get new lines. If I remember correctly, they weren't able to get Bill's voice actor to do new lines for Crash Course. (sad panda)

Even though they're not the Beatles, I'm really pulling for Midnight Riders DLC.

I think the way they talk about co-op being changed is they might have all 8 survivors are playable, making for 8 player co-op and maybe 16 player versus

It'll be free on the PC. Valve would most likely make it free on the 360 as well if Microsoft didn't force them to charge for DLC.

Just announced, there's new DLC coming for both L4D1 and 2.  There's the talked about one that has the Original 4 meeting the New 4, and then there's DLC for L4D1 that has them getting to the south that'll come out a month after the L4D2 DLC.

Coming this spring (March), it will include new arenas for Survival, Versus and Scavenge modes, and introduce a new co-op challenge mode. Hot. We're working on some hands-on of this now.
