After watching these I decided to go export the video from a pick-up game we had recently, only to find that I can't open the .dem, which is only a month old or so. I've heard that this is caused by the updates, can anyone verify this? Is there any way for me to get the footage from the .dem?

There is a guy who has a separate "game" (I'm not sure how he does it honestly), but it plays older demos, I doubt it is updated enough to play your demo though.

It's actually pretty easy to pull off, just a snap of the mouse down and opposite angle'd to your intented direction of travel. Hardest part is waiting until the rocket is *right there.*

I've been on a 24/7 Fastlane server full on newbs for like 4 hours.

If you really wanna learn proro, here's a token of wisdom that you must take to heart to properly utilize the class in the role to which it was intended;


You do not need to kill everything, or in some cases - anyone.


In fact, there are going to be times when you play just like spie, when you will watch 3 or 4 dudes run on by and go about their merry trades, while you wait all ninja around the corner for the enemy medic's uber to hit 100% so you can either force them to pop it, or kill him.

There are other times when killing no opposing team members will be more beneficial than sneaking around back for some ninja ass flamage, like utilizing the fact the Pyro is the 3rd fastest class and can airblast any pursuit away quite effectively, to go rape the other team's tele entrance
