I've only ever gotten one of them so far, I beaned a Sniper who was chasing me with his dot with a flare from a Sniping Pyro

There should be a list of stuff you can reflect, until like a month ago i had no idea you could reflect piss. Then some guy threw piss at me right when a rocket was coming and i got both of the guys with piss. Thought it was a glitch Sad

yea depending on how close you are, generally close range is right around 75-90

If it crits it can o 180, top end is 90 for point blank non-crit.
