Is there a way to set up text-mode to connect to yellow with my reserved slot?

If its a config, how do I make a config?

Make idle.cfg in your cfg folder and put this in it to connect to yellow:

connect 68.232.174.110:27015

Now create a shortcut for TF2, go to its properties and set target as:

"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 440 -textmode +exec idle.cfg

Just boot form the shortcut and the game will load up and connect right to the server.

And if the server's full and you have a reserved slot, it'll automatically kick someone and connect you.

So before I went to bed I decided to craft my Ushanka and 1 of my Hotrods

I got the Killer's Kabuto.

When I got up 10 or so hours later I was confused to see I had an Ushanka in my backpack, as well as The Killer's Kabuto

I got enough to craft a hat in like a week. Granted, I used some of the items that I just don't use ever aswell as extras

Than I'll probably stop idling, don't care for the new items except the Pain Train and I got that on the day it came out

I have an icon on my desktop which automaticly launches tf2 in text mode and connects to yellow. Then I got this other program which alerts me to any new item by having the announcer go "Yes. Yeess. YEESSSSS!!!"

2. I idle without text mode and not on Yellow (call me unfaithful) and I get like 5 or 6 items a day

I've put over 400 hours into TF2, and never looted a hat.  I've been idling like a demon for the last week though, and am about half way to crafting a Pyro hat (The glove!  Please god, guide the glove to me!).  Idling is the key, and Yellow is the keyhole.

God I hope they add trading in some time, my 2nd account has so much shit on it from the past 120 hours of idle that it's only got like half a page of free backpack slots

Between Idling and playing the past couple days, I've unlocked 3 kritskriegs, 2 equalizers, a FAN, plus a couple other things. I did however get a Pain Train today.
