This is a message from Surf. He said that:
We need to put the server through the ringer today to see if it is worth keeping or trying to raise money to change server companies. So if people can use the blank soldier trick to fill the server and report back the results on how hit detection and performance at full are. Also NFO has 10% off BC2 servers right now so we need to decide this ASAP.

The trick probably won't work without OB toggled off.
