-Fixed a case where the Spy could start taunting and cloak at the same time - God damnit, nerf  >Sad >Sad >Sad >Sad >Sad
-Increased base damage 10% - Buff (half way reversed nerf)
-Afterburn duration increased (from 6 to 10) - Buff (half way reversed nerf)
-Flares that hit a burning player at mid-to-long range will crit - Buff
-Reduced Backburner damage bonus from 20% to 15% - Nerf (Half way reversed buff)

Seriously, they need to stop buffing the pyro.  And don't tell me "lol, stagger your rockets" as we all know that wouldn't matter vs a good air blaster.  It's almost to the point of "Hey, look, a pyro, brb changing classes"
