Sprays: How to make server more porned

My spray ended up really blurry. Any advice on clearing it up? At first I thought it was just because my texture detail is set to low put everyone else's sprays were at least still legible on my machine, mine looked like a fuzzy blob.

i use photoshoops to crop / resize images untill they are proper 256x256, otherwise sprayr will take liberties and resize it for me.

too blurry may mean that its 32x32 or 64x64.

if you "add" the picture , then right click on the file path that appears. it will give you some information. on the left is the files dimensions and size, then on the right is the "after conversion" dimensions and filesize. there's also a dropdown menu there to specify what size you want it to be. but if you sh00ped it correctly , you shouldnt have to do that.

make it 256x128 with FW then that size will also work

Here's the original spray I was trying to use.



And here's a new one I was working with tonight using croping instead of shinking.



They both look fine on with the texture quality set to high of better but any lower and they both get really fuzzy. Normally, I'd chalk this up to the obvious culprit of the texture quality setting but everyone else's sprays seem to be much clearer on those settings then mine are. I'm probably just thinking too much into this but I get really frusterated when what appears to be a simple procedure isn't producing the result I'm looking for.

ill fiddle with these tomorrow and take in game screens one from this ocmp and one from kor's comp at medium , see if i can duplicate your fuzzehs
