How does one make a game out of a war we just kinda left

It sounds to be just a multiplayer expansion pack like they did for BF2 and 2142.  New maps, new factions for the maps, and new weapons to use.

This is official.  Video was shown.  Just a teaser. Starts with that traditional song everything Vietnam uses and then shows a village getting burned.  Comes out this winter.  Way too long.

Depends on what you want fixed.  They got like 6 months to get BC2 more up to par before this is released lol

If your being serious...Battlefield Vietnam and there were like two games that weren't that great on the Ps2 I believe.  I'm sure there are more, those are all I know though.

And here's the official information and trailer.  The pack will come with 4 maps, conquest/rush versions for all, new weapons, perks, unlocks, vehicles and awards.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam - E3 Announcement Trailer

On stage at the EA E3 press conference we announced a new expansion of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 with a new take on a Battlefield franchise favourite, Vietnam. In Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam you get to enter the jungle warfare environment as either the U.S. Marines or North Vietnamese Army (NVA). The expansion pack contains 4 brand new maps built in Frostbite including the popular Conquest and Rush game modes as well as Vietnam specific weapons, vehicles, persistence, unlocks as well as new awards, achievements and trophies.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam will be available worldwide in Winter 2010 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Probably about 10 bucks for this.  Any less and I'm surprised and anymore wouldn't be all that great since they always love to stick to Activision and Modern Warfare, so 4 maps with new weapons and gear for 10 bucks will be like a kick in the teeth for the 15 bucks and 5 maps MW2 has going.
