In the heat of golden wrench crafting, I greed-crafted atleast half of my unlocks, until I had 2 refined metals, 2 reclaimed metals and my pyro token and my other half.

I fought the temptation for craft more, temptation hit me already so I could get my pyro hat, but my brother came into the room telling me about the 23rd crafted wrench. I got more tempted and I started crafting more, until I was left with the bare essentials,  three reclaimed metal and a Pyro token.


Then my brother said something to me,

".......For Science."


I crafted my three reclaimed metals to try to get my wrench, or a hat, I couldn't look. My plan to get a pyro hat might just tumble through the ether because I let my asshole brother convince me to craft.

I hit the button, and it wasn't a wrench, it was a hat.....

protip: scrap metal doesnt count towards getting a wrench, but remaking tokens does. if you want a chance (or 20) at a wrench, token + item for a diff class = .00001% at wrench and a new token

"Oh joy!" I said to myself, finally acquiring hat for the class I play the most. I proceeded to put it on and have a fun time as scout. The next map, I walk out of spawn after another fun round as scout and see that I have acquired an item. I look at it and see that it is not just any item, but infact a [img]http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/thumb/9/91/Backpack_Hustler's_Hallmark.png/75px-Backpack_Hustler's_Hallmark.png[/img]. I shed tears of joy as I place the hat upon my head and proceeded to party with the 6 other demos on our team, 2 of which also sporting the pimp hat.

ptth, screw the wrench. I got 2 hats.
