I'm pretty sure athena championed him, I don't know the answer to the other two.  I'm sure Achilles has something to do with something.

I apply for Heavy as well. Should there be competition for classes, how are we to decide?

That's what I'm saying.  We need someone to be the decider(s) in all of this, to get it going.  It needs to be someone that's good (so they're worth the slot on the team).  Caff and/or Kor seem like the perfect fit, but they've got to tell us if they're willing to fill to role of leader(s) or not.

They'll have to basically pick the final roster, and choose who's on which position.  Tryouts is the best way of doing this.

Diomedes fought against Aphrodite and Ares during the siege.  He wounds Aprhodite, being one of the only mortals to ever wound a god and although he can't land a hit on Ares he lashing out at him furiously.  Im just a Iliad freak

from the look of some of the replies on the thread here , we need to gauge how serious people are about this and how far we want to take it. Leagues , or just 8 guys that TC can whoop every other night , and as i said to peaches last night, there can be more than one heavy on the team

I smell old school mulch-style tryouts. Also, the degree of seriousness to related to how interested everyone is in executing tactics, and knowing how to play a class to its fullest. If you want to compete, there is work involved; if you want to have a friendly, we can take everyone and rotate everyone into the match.

I'd like to participate is friendly, I'm currently balancing a bunch of things.  Problem with my work is, I can have a lot of stuff to do and it will eat into my freetime, or I could have little to nothing and just be sitting around feeling useless.  Right now I'm in a busy period.

Count me in once school finishes, I don't see how you can do it without being at least SEMI-serious. That being said if someone wants to take up being captain in the next week or two (no, I'm not doing it), I can set up a little forum section specifically for them to discuss class assignment and strategy away from prying eyes.

I've worn it before, and I don't see why not. Be forewarned, I've played TFC in league before in the old STA-Gold bracket. I know what to look for

As for timeline, I'll see about getting this together in another few weeks, it seems a like little more then a month is needed for all the scholars we have.
