Considering the fact that demon is already thinking about removing the cuboid on Borreta and there's quite an extensive cave system under it, I'm sure this won't be a problem.

Borreta Railway is finished. Come on out. Those who helped in the construction have been granted residence in Borreta, see if it can be your home, too.
