Teams are final, UPDATE TO TOURAMENT, there is now a groupstage, all 12 teams are divided into 2 groups of 6, the teams will then Fight the other teams in the group until everyone has played everyone in their group, (each team will have 5 matches in total)
, the top  4 teams in each group will go through to the KO round.

We still do need one more team Mutt, if you can get 3 other players to join you, then you don't need to be an alternate.  I know that squishy said he also needed a team, so it shouldn't be hard to come up with 2 more and a theme.

We also need a team name and logo from benito :-)

And a temp server for the matches.  It should be large enough to fit the 8 man team as well as any specs that might want to watch/record/ref.

As Dave said, the rules are not absolute, as we might find sticking points as matches progress and need to figure out how to make 4v4 fair for everyone involved.
