Since we've seen a bunch of great customs come through recently, I think a poll is in order as to what to add (or not to add)

If you DO NOT want to see a map on rotation vote for it, you may vote for up to 2 maps to NOT include in any future rotation. If you would like to see another map up for being added on please post it below with a brief explanation as to why it is rotation worthy.

ctf_launchzone - I thought it was a great CTF map, instead of being laid out linearly for the pathways, it was laid our horizontally. Potential draw back was the map not ending unless it gets capped out in the final round instead of just stopping when the timer runs out.

ctf_escherhaus - well designed, trippy, and big, gripes being that it was too big, gave a few people headaches, and difficult to play

cp_steel_b4 - amazingly done non-linear cp map, the premise behind it is just genius, the only fault I can find with it is the size of the bsp + movie download which clocks in at around 30 megs, but its still well worth it.

cp_starship_b2 - finally done with b2, I would like to get some more exposure from random people who play on the server. I would likely add this only for a week or two to rotation, unless people want it to stay on for longer.

I like escherhaus, but not rotation like. It just doesn't fair so well with smaller groups, which is what inevitably happens when a wierd custom comes through the line. As long as it's rtv-able, I'm sure it'll get some playtime.

I voted none, but I'm actually kinda in agreement with duck.

Escher is actually one of my favorites, but I agree that it is slightly confusing for a person who has only played it once or twice and it takes a big team and a lot of teamwork..RTVable, but maybe not rotation worthy.

I have not yet had a chance to check out launchzone or escerhaus, so I'm afraid I can not participate in this voting until I've done so. But I think steel and starship should definitely be added.

Escherhaus and Launchzone. I can't remember what steel was.

I think steel needs more airtime.  I'd feel about that map how I do about warpath (comfy, familiar).

I don't think that starship is rotation worthy yet (sorry) but if you want more playtime on it to continue to refine it, that seems like a good plan. Just promise us we will get b3 quicker than we got b2.

I like escher, but not rotation worthy.

I didn't get in server in time to play launchzone.  Actually I had autojoin on for 90 mins before I gave up.

I enjoyed steel.
You could always replace the intro movie with a 0-byte file to speed up the downloads.

Escherhaus should be like infrequent trips to Marble Slab (Coldstone?) Creamery after a good movie.  Nominate + RTV bin, I say.

I voted Steel out because I'd hate to see it turn someone away with a honkin' download.  Let them get it through one of our community map packs?  I'm against the 0-byte movie idea.. I understand it but I'd feel uncomfortable short-changing players out of awesome content like that (it's a great movie!).

I've no opinion of Launchpad yet.

Starship.. I'm not used to the new major changes post-compactor yet but I didn't vote it out.

I'm keeping Steel in, one of my favorite maps.

Havn't played Escher or Launchzone yet.
I didn't exactly like Starship for some reason or another.

I loved escherhaus or whatever it is.

Steel tends to turn a lot of players away, because it's a freakin HUGE download.

Hmm. I abstained from voting since the only two I've played are Steel and Starship, both of which I really enjoyed and think are definitely rotation worthy. I don't know how I feel about Escherhaus and Launchzone though, seeing as I haven't played them. I'm not a big fan of most CTF maps, but those two seem fun enough.
