I say 'they' because its more than one, and more often than not I've seen them all on the same team, this isn't a one time occurrence. I gave them a warning last night that if I continued to see 3 - 4 of them on the same team map after map I'd toss a week-long temp ban.


I've seen auto-assign make some really lop-sided teams on occasion, but the statistical probability drops off sharply after 3 players and more than one round. Two friends wanting to be on the same team, eh, can let that slide, two people do not make or break a team.

For two people auto-assigning, its a 50% chance at getting on the same team, three people 25%, four people 12.5%.

Four people, two maps in a row, 1.5%, three people two maps in a row 6.25%. Then put that over multiple instances over a few weeks....yea...sorry....not buying the 'oh we just autoassigned to the same team' argument.

Words can not describe how much I want a rematch with these guys. Thanks to hyrdro, liquid and I were pretty much useless. Put us on a map like upwards, gorge, even dustbowl...
