Can someone please restart/update blue?

I spent I think 3 or 4 hours so far looking for a stock only server.

I found 4 one of them was blue, 2 were dead and I tried the other one, and can use all my items.

Yes I know its going the way of the dodo but I'm really exasperated looking for a place

And everytime I try to connect to blue its running an older version and I can't

Caff is the only one with access to Blue.

Can servers restrict item use? vanilla/stock only applies to maps I thought.

stock refers to maps, vanilla usually applies to weapons.
